We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable because of incorrect address all called by customer mistake. package unclaimed returning shipping cost fee are covered by the customer.

In rare case, you receive a product that is different or different size from what you ordered JOMORK will be responsible for the return shipping fee and exchange for the product to your real order. Note that Product must be return unworn & unused condition with the tag’s original package box including the shipping E-commerce box for an exchange.

A return shipping address label will be provided to you via email which you will print out and stick on the E-commerce box then ship back to us and immediately provide us the tracking number by replying the email of the return shipping address label that you received.
