1. Return Policy

1.1. Reason for returning items must be notified urgently within 2 days of receiving the product through our return contact channels. 

1.2. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused with all tags attached on it and the original items branded packaged box including the shipping E-commerce box.

1.3. When trying footwear, accessories items please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box or accessories items when trying on them.

1.4. Jewelry must be returned in the same condition that you received it including the branded packaged box and all documents that came with it.

1.5. Items that have a JOMORK security tag or brand tag attached, must be returned with the tag on their original position.

1.6. Your return item must arrive at our Warehouse in not more than 14 days starting from the day you received the item.

1.7. Please take care when trying your purchased Item and return it in the same condition that you received it. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy 

2.1. We refund when the product is in good condition. Shipping and handling fees Cannot be refunded. Discount Items, discount code purchased Items cannot be refunded. Items returned without the price tag and original Tag attached being worn or washed Cannot be refunded.    

2.2. Reason for returning Item for refund must be notified urgently within 2 days of receiving the product through our return contact channels. Any Items that are notified for return after 2 days of receiving will not be accepted for refund. 

2.3. Once our items inspector received and confirmed your return item in good condition, your refund will be processed within 5 to 15 days to the original payment method. Please wait for the transaction to appear in your account depends on your bank. Which we will keep you updated on the completed transaction. 

3. What Happens to Unclaimed Packages?

3.1. We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable because of an incorrect address that occurred by a customer mistake. Package unclaimed returning shipping cost fees are covered by the customer.

4. In rare cases. You Receive What You Did Not Order

4.1. In rare cases, you received a wrong product or a different size from what you ordered. JOMORK will be responsible for the return and reshipping cost fee exchange for the product to your real order, or a full purchased amount will be refunded if requested by the customer. Note that the Product must be returned in unworn & unused condition with the tag’s original package box including the shipping E-commerce box for an exchange.

5. How Do I Contact for a Return?

5.1. Please email us at support@jomork.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

5.2. A return shipping address label will be provided to you via email which you will print out and stick on the E-commerce box then ship back to us and immediately provide us the tracking number by replying to the email of the return shipping address label that you received.
